Goal: To study the thermal and hydrodynamic flow in problems of internal or external flow.

  • Laminar and turbulent flow of incompressible and compressible fluid flows.
  • Simulation of thermal flow of fluids in heat exchangers.

Magnetohydrodynamics

Goal: To simulate accurately the flow of MHD liquids and create more efficient technological applications.

Research Interests:

  • Liquid metal flow ducts of various geometries.
  • Simulation of thermal flow of liquid metals in heat exchangers with moving boundaries.

Ferrohydrodynamics

Goal: To find new, simpler and more accurate models for FHD flows.

Research Interests:

  • Models for micropolar fluid flow.
  • Flow simulation of magnetic fluids.
  • Biomagnetic flow applications in blood vessels.
  • Magnetic fluid flow control with strong magnetic fields.
